The Color Picker Dialog

This dialog was pretty much ripped off from the sample released with the SDK, with the ability select the alpha value added.

Picking A Color

1. Select the color you want from the outer colorful ring. A sample will be displayed in the center.
2. Select the alpha value from the slider. Slide left for more transparency, slide right for more opacity.
3. Selecting the preview swatch in the center will close the dialog and select that color. If it is highly transparent, it may seem like nothing is there. Clicking in the center area will still select the color and close the dialog.
